Before creating and co-founding my dream company, CharlotteJames Travel, with my sister and business partner I organised and managed corporate events within the retail sector. My role as Retail Operations Manager, UK with Laura Ashley enabled me to run and implement events from 20 people to over 500 people which also included booking all hotels. I also gleaned the following skills as an event manager; creativity, flexibility, communication, problem solving, multi-tasking and people skills—all of which transferred very easily to my passion for organising and implementing unparalleled travel itineraries for our clients.

I have had the great fortune to work with luxury corporate incentive groups for 20+ years in Hawai’i and internationally. These projects included groups as small as 20 and as large as 4,000 and working often entailed working with clients from around the globe. Creativity, design, destination, site selection and logistics are all integral parts of creating a successful incentive event. These varied elements to travel design speak to my sweet spot; I am solution oriented, caring and passionate above all else! I have lived abroad for many years, from growing up in Italy and the U.K. to Egypt, Israel and Japan. My love of travel led me to co-found CharlotteJames Travel and CharlotteJames Incentives with my business partner and sister Cathy who lives in the U.K. We are two lucky gals!
